When ElectriFly calls this an “unlimited” foam aerobat, they’re talking about performance. It’s a great sport model with ¾ throws. Max ‘em, and you’ll find a performance envelope that’s wide open and a mile long. Now, while performance is virtually unlimited, assembly time is not, averaging about 2-3 hours. All control surfaces are factory-beveled and pre-hinged with proven 3M® Blenderm® tape. Flying surfaces are finished and made from Pro-Formance foam, the “…top choice for feather-light, arrow-straight and super-strong airframes.” Total weight is under 7 ounces, and also minimized by carbon-fiber and laser-cut hardware. As always, less weight = more performance — even with the RimFire™ 250, the smallest Outrunner ElectriFly makes.
