The Proto MAX eases the transition from dual-rotor stability to single-rotor aerobatics with two special features. The first is a heading-hold gyro, which helps keeps the Proto MAX on the heading the pilot wants. The second is a dual-rate switch on the transmitter. Setting it on low rates makes Proto MAX handling slow and easy, giving the pilot more time to think and react. And once the pilot is comfortable on the sticks, the switch can be set to high rates, which allows the pilot to enjoy the full range of Proto MAX performance. The Proto MAX is as complete as it is user-friendly. The motor and radio gear are already installed, and the charger for the flight pack is built right into the transmitter. Once the pilot adds four "AA" cells, it's time to go flying!
