Some people are hesitant to transmit their credit card information via e-mail on the Internet. While the incidence of credit fraud perpetrated by gaining numbers illegally over the Internet is very low, a certain amount of risk is assumed when using this option.
We understand this concern on the part of some of our customers so we have added a secure shopping interface for those customers who use compatible web browsers. This solves the problem of security concerns for most of our customers. For those customers who wish to, we do offer the completely voluntary option of ordering via e-mail with a credit card.
If you do not have a compatible web browser which can take advantage of our secure ordering mode and are concerned with the security issue, we hope that you do not consider it a barrier to ordering. Under certain circumstances we may allow established customers to use the card number already on file with us. We do require that you supply a phone number where we can reach you in case we need to verify the purchase and we also require that the order be shipped either to the billing address associated with the card or to an address that we have shipped to in the past.
Of course, we still offer toll-free phone ordering in the USA and Canada at 1-800-637-4989 and you can also mail your order in.
